What is the shipping timeframe?

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, during peak or sale periods, please allow for additional processing time.

Most of our collection takes 2–4 weeks to be dispatched.

All ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 24 hours.

If your order includes items that are not currently in our warehouse, we will wait for those items to arrive and dispatch the entire order together.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll promptly send you a shipping notification via email. This email will include your tracking number, enabling you to track your order's progress through the Australia Post website. If you don't receive the email notification, please log in to your Little Bubbly account to view the order history and shipping status.

PLEASE NOTE: Little Bubbly is not responsible for any delays within Australia Post or for items lost in the mail. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when making payment. We will not take responsibility if your details are incorrect and your items are sent to the wrong address. If your package is returned to us, reshipment will be at your expense. If your item is not returned, we cannot offer a refund or replacement

What are the terms of Little Bubbly's return policy?

 Little Bubbly gladly offers to exchange your purchase (excluding postage expenses) for store credit on the Little Bubbly Website, should you encounter any sizing issues or receive faulty items. You have up to 14 days after receiving your item to initiate the return and exchange process.

While we meticulously inspect all items prior to shipment, if you discover a defect in your product, we will provide a store credit or exchange, subject to availability. Please ensure that any returns for faulty products are sent back to us within 14 days of receiving them, as we are unable to accept returns outside of this timeframe.

Returned items must maintain their original condition, including all original tags, and should not have been worn, altered, or washed.

In the event of items being returned to us due to incorrect information provided, a re-delivery charge of AUD $10.90 will be incurred.

  What choices do I have when I return an item?

 Whether you're dealing with a faulty item or encountering sizing issues, Little Bubbly offers three options for returns:

1. Exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability of stock.
2. Store Credit to your Little Bubbly online account (for customers with a Little Bubbly member account).
3. Refund: We don't provide refunds for change of mind or accidental overspending. However, we can cancel your order and issue you a credit note for future use.

Occasionally, the replacement item you request may be sold out by the time your returned product reaches Little Bubbly warehouse. If your replacement isn't available, your online account or the account you used for payment (e.g., PayPal) will be refunded.

Exchange, store credit, and refund will be issued via email upon receipt of the exchanged items by our team.

Refunds are not available for sale items.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOU LITTLE BUBBLY PRETTIES:

• Always wash in cold wash: Gentle hand wash (or machine wash on cold)
• Use mild detergent no harsh chemicals
• Wash before wearing
• Wash with similar colours
• If soaking items do so in cold water
• Dry on the washing line or in shade
• Due to the nature of the materials we recommend washing and line drying within the same day.
• It's not recommended to put in the dryer
